Candles, wax melts and essential oils

Nature has given us everything we need to live a good life.

It is enough to walk into a forest or around a lake in the spring or in the summer, to take a deep breath and feel the energy of all these scents surrounding us.

Our sense of smell is about 10,000 times more powerful than our other senses – this is why aromatherapy has been around for centuries. It was already used in Ancient Egypt, China, Rome, India and Greece. Inhalations and the application of oils to the skin have been found to stimulate particular appropriate points in the limbic system, which is why aromatherapy with oils works in a comprehensive way.
Inspired by nature and many years of experience, I have created a whole range of products whose task is to improve the quality of our everyday life.

Each product has its own unique handcrafted character.

Scented Wax tablets

Florentine tablets date back to the 13th century.

In those days, in a factory located next to one of the oldest pharmacies in the world - Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella in Florence, fragrant wax tablets were created by blending flowers and herbs that grew on the Tuscan slopes, with fine aromatic oils. Local women would place them inside wardrobes and hang them around different rooms so that the beautiful aromas would spread through the interior of the house. They believed that these fragrances would clear one’s mind and soften the atmosphere in the home.
Additionally, some scents, such as lavender, were used to protect wardrobes and clothes against uninvited guests - moths. To this day, this fragrance is used to scare away these small, domestic pests.

Essential oils and other accessories

Essential Oils

Alternative medicine enthusiasts have long advocated the power of essential oils. Their increasing accessibility and their acclaimed health benefits are bringing them to the fore.

Essential oils are used in aromatherapy, a complementary medicine where your sense of smell is used to improve your health, or where essential oils can be topically applied to your skin.

Studies have shown that essential oils can help boost your mood, increase your job performance through reduced stress and increased concentration, improve your sleep, kill bacteria, fungi and viruses, reduce anxiety and pain, reduce inflammation, reduce nausea, relieve headaches.
